The service was nice; the staff was friendly and accommodating. Dining was disappointing with limited options. Overall, I appreciated the value for money and the great location, but the room size and dining quality left a bit to be desired.

However, the rooms were not very comfortable and some basic repairs were needed. Overall, it's a convenient place to stay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a ten-minute walk from major attractions in Istanbul, which I really appreciated. The rooms, while offering a lovely view of the sea, were a bit small and old, lacking cleanliness and storage space. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the service a plus. However, the overall experience was slightly marred by the dated facilities.
